  • Assure that International Headquarters (IHQ) operates efficiently and will improve IHQ Operations & Accountability by November 17, 2011. This includes the hiring of both an Executive Director and an Assistant Executive Director.
  • Eliminate excessive spending of the Fraternity’s monies and improve our financial stability by November 17, 2011.
  • Assure that the Oracle is distributed timely and professionally. He guarantees the production/distribution of four quarterly Oracles per year.
  • Promote Community Involvement through strategic alliances.
  • Promote aggressive Social Action (within the first 100 days, he will convenience a meeting with the heads of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), National Urban League, Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, National Action Network, Black Leadership Forum and others to form a unified plan of action to counter the attack issues such as the rise of HIV/AIDS & educational disparities in the African-American Community.
  • Lead the effort to establish the first Omega International Scholarship Telethon. The telethon would be aired on or during the week of November 17 on a cable TV station such as BET and/or TV-One.
  • Seek to eliminate ALL dues (Local, District, International) for any Brother that has 70 years of service in Omega.
  • Initiate a comprehensive review of the Fraternity’s relationship to its partners such as the Friendship Foundation and all related/subsidiary entities, Omega Development Corporation, and Omega Charities. The review is necessary to ensure that the relationship is in proper order and that it is in the best interest of the fraternity to continue.
  • Improve the relationship with the Omega Life Membership Foundation and promote the use of the Omega Credit Union.
